I don't get too much protein because of the extreme calorie restriction, so I eat protein powder everyday with breakfast, and my friend 90byjuly came up with this AWESOME protein powder pancake recipe. It is SO easy and it's practically all protein.
1/4 cup egg whites- 30 calories
1 scoop of protein powder (I use vanilla and haven't tried other flavors)- 100-140 calories
1/4 tsp cinnamon- 5 calories

Blend all the ingredients in a bowl, pour onto "PAM"ed pan into 3 pancakes about 3 inches each. Enjoy with a favorite low calorie syrup or 0 Calorie Walden Farm jam spread. Very filling, very protein packed, pretty good tasting (vanilla cinnamon pancakes, yummy), and took like 5 minutes to make. Even though the calorie count is pretty high for a breakfast (135-175 w/o syrup), it's almost pure protein, so it's worth it.
