Two Norwegians in a row. What was I thinking? We've gone all Nordic and efficient again. Here are your lovely suggestions for the first line of Kon Tiki.
1 - There is no better way to see whether a thing may be done than by doing it.
2 - Just occasionally you find yourself in an odd situation.
3 - "How did they do it?"
4 - Sometimes, there is only one way to prove a theory.
5 - Nothing is impossible.
6 - Is it possible that the earliest Polynesians came to the islands of the South Pacific from the continent of South America?
7 - At times even I though I was insane.
8 - My theory was a simple one and my intentions, to prove it in the most direct way possible, which I believe I did fairly well.
