I've added the list of names I've seen. Perhaps this will help to explain who is beyond our reach and we can focus our attention on those missing who aren't.

Big Boss as well... You've done a huge favor for everyone, Mr. Castiel. I can't thank you enough. I suppose we can take their leaving as a starting point, and give everyone something to do for the next meeting.

The town meetings...? I think it's important for everyone to work together here. I guess you could call it pooling our strengths, at its basest purpose. As a collective whole, we can figure out who's disappeared, what positions need to be covered for, where supplies stand and what needs to be done-- it's very practical, especially with everyone stranded here all the same in a dangerous place. It gives us all something to do, and something they know how to do. I'm not a psychologist by any means, but it certainly helps everyone feel safer and more comfortable, given something to do they can help with.
