If there was anything that Ritsuka had learned from his months at the hotel, it was that one should never, ever, expect to wake up in the same place one fell asleep. But never had Ritsuka thought that it would be this different and weird. The hotel was much too creative

Pretty soon, she's shed off all her clothes including her boots, piled up her long silver hair up over her head so it won't get wet and strode to the tub in nothing but a white fluffy towel to cover her. From what? Well, you never really know if someone will come and barge in. She's seen it happen enough so she's just being prepared.
Then she hears the splashes and she sighs a bit. So much for enjoying the tub alone. She shakes her head but continues on towards the tub. Maybe whoever it is won't mind sharing.
Imagine her surprise when she sees who it is she's going to be sharing the bathtub with.
"Kitty cat in the tub." She blurts out as she stares at the strange sight in the bathtub.

His amethyst orbs blink up at her before he registers the words she just said. He doesn't like it too much when people from the hotel calls him a kitty. He's not a kitty, because everyone from where he's from has some sort of ears during some time of their life. Sure, it gives them some animal features, but it doesn't mean that they are a one....
Though Ritsuka really really likes kitties, and milk,... and even makes a sound very akin to purring once in a while when he's happy, but all that is beside the point.
"Don't! Don't call me that." His lower lip is pushed out in a pout. "My name is.. Ritsuka," he finishes, a little calmer and quieter.

Prussia stops by the tub and just looks at the kitty, Ritsuka. He's so cute. If he's not careful, she just might reach over and start petting him.
"So Ritsuka," Look she's taking the effort to address him properly by his name. Isn't she nice? "Wanna share the tub?"

"But you can call me Julia if you want." The albino ex-Nation tells him just as she settles across him on the tub. Julia's probably better. A lot of people nowadays don't even know what Prussia is {"Is that like a fake Russia?") so it's usually better for her to just let the humans (and human-shaped things) know her human name.

Then, carefully, he tilts his head even though the motions cause some of those bubbles to cling to the ends of his black hair. "W-what's Prussia? If you're the Prussia, how can you be Julia at the same time?" An eyebrow is raised in confusion as he stares at this odd girl.

"Well, Prussia is a country." She starts, just as she starts gathering bubbles towards her to cover up her boobs. She's seen how bad his blush has gotten. It's cute how he's so shy. "From where I'm from, countries are kinda like represented by certain people, or personifications. I happen to be the personification of the great and awesome Nation that is Prussia." She grins as she mentions this. "And since it's weird to call yourself a country name and it'd probably get us too much unwanted attention, we make use of human names too. Mine just happens to be Julia." That makes sense right? Of course it does!

Ritsuka tilts his head at her before nodding, slowly and perhaps it's even a bit dazed. "I've never heard of.... Prussia." Russia, yes, but not Prussia. But he's never been good at history, so maybe he just forgot.
"It'd be odd if someone was called a country... so I guess Julia is good," he says, still nodding at her. Those ears had slowly become unstuck from his skull as he became less nervous. Even though they were still both naked, and in the same tub together, the bubbles made it seem less intimidating.

"You're not alone. A lot of people don't remember or know about me." She makes a bit of a face though it's obvious in her eyes that she wishes people still remembered or knew her. "I'm... Sorta retired." The better word is "dissolved," but she hates that word.
One side of her lips tilts upward as she looks to Ritsuka, watching his ears. "Yeah. Julia's fine, really." She can't stop looking at him. Those ears... "I guess your ears are real, huh?"

The question catches him off guard though and he tilts his head up, almost as if to look at them. Of course he can't see them. He's a little surprised as it seems a little off topic. He doesn't really blame her though. People at the hotel seem to always take interest in his ears. "Yeah. Everyone's born with them from where I'm from." Then, his smile turns a touch reminiscent.

She watches as he smiles in a reminiscent manner. It makes her sigh. Isn't that a familiar expression. "You miss home, don't you?"
