It seemed that once more, Amelia's better judgement had taken a backseat to her urge to assist people. Just her luck really, that she happened to witness someone being harassed as she passed the restaurant, apparently unable to pay their bill and looking rather terrified of what the staff might do to even things out. Unable to keep herself out of

He shook his head a little bit. “They were good but..I won’t lie, you sort of spoiled me. You might not be a professional, but do you know how to move your body.” And what they did after the dance might have just endeared him to her even more.
“You were far better at that job than you think, Amelia.”

Mind you, she was likely to give herself away due to her red face, but really, she couldn't do much else on hearing his compliments. "As flattering as that is, I don't think I'll be going back to it." she smiled. Still, that might have been for the best, she wasn't keen on doing what she did for Tidus to just anyone, and she guessed that he was probably happy knowing he was the only one to have seen that side of her.

“I don’t think you should either, if you aren’t comfortable with it. But..sometime, maybe you could do it just for me again?” He was pretty glad to know that she hadn’t done it for anyone other than him. He slipped his foot out of his shoe and reached over to her with it and gently rubbed it against hers.
“If you still feel comfortable doing that for me, that is.” He ate a little bit more of his food.

Blushing all the more at the touch under the table, she glanced to the side, eyes flickering back to him. "Maybe." was all he got as an answer, but the smile told a different story. Teasing or no, Amelia didn't string people along, and always made good on her word.

“Only maybe? I’d be sad if I never got to see you dance again..the way you moved yourself..so graceful, so beautiful..” He glanced back up to her as he spoke. “You enjoyed doing it for me, didn’t you?”

"I answered that at the time." she told him. Admittedly, it hadn't been direct, but Amelia was quite sure he had known. "Or did you forget about that too when you hit your head?" she continued to tease.

“That hit to the head did do quite a bit of damage. That or maybe I just like hearing you say it again? To know that you just weren’t speaking in the moment.” Their time together had been very heated and passionate after all.

Glancing back at him, she offered a small, somewhat mischievious, but sincere smile. "Maybe when you're finished eating and I've ended my shift, if you have time." she offered. There was naturally going to be implications there, but Amelia was happy to just spend time with him. Whatever was supposed to happen would happen, but she wasn't going to ignore the chance to talk to someone she liked just for the worry of what the hotel might do to them.

“We’ll I’m almost finished here, how much longer until your shift ends?” He was fine with hanging out until she got off. Spending more time with her seemed like it could be really fun. Even if things didn’t continue to progress in the direction that it was being pushed, he’d still enjoy himself around her. He knew the hotel would always do things to them, but the things were always more bearable when a friend like her could go through it with him.

"I'm just about set to go anytime, I just need to let the manager know I'm leaving." she answered, still shifting a bit in her seat. That was something else to be grateful for; at least if things were going to go a particular route, they could slip away before things got a little too heated while they were still in public.

As she grabbed her coat and clocked out, squaring things up the manager, she could hear the whispers from the other females, but Amelia simply sighed, rolling her eyes. It wasn't as if anything she said would deter their gossip anyway. Pulling the jacket on, she went out to the front door to wait for Tidus to settle his bill. Normally she would have changed before leaving for the day, but two things stopped her. One: she didn't want to keep him waiting. And two: she guessed that he would be a little disappointed if she removed the uniform.

“Uh..I can’t seem to find my wallet. I was sure that I grabbed it when I left today.” He wasn’t sure if she could use her influence at this job to get him off of his bill or what..but one thing he knew for sure was that he wouldn’t be able to pay. No matter how small the bill might have been.

Reaching into the pocket of her apron, she pulled out the cash tha amounted to her tips for the day. After counting it out, she handed it over to her colleague. "This should cover the food."
With that done, she waited for Tidus to follow her outside. The only response to the waiter's mumbled words was a light glare and soft sigh; something about how she wasn't going to earn her money back if she kept bailing out people who stiffed their tabs.

“But I’m going to pay you back, plus a tip. Alright? And I’m not accept no for an answer.” Tidus didn’t mind having to owe people stuff, but Amelia was different. She was so nice, that he couldn’t just take things like that from her for free. He reached over to her and took her hand.
“But..thank you. Really.” He said as he pulled her hand up to his lips and delivered a gentle kiss onto it. “
