The loud shrill of the alarm is the first thing that wakes him, the second is the fact he's lying on his back and blinking up at a pristine white ceiling. Without thinking he arcs his arm out and slaps the alarm with his hand, fingers fumbling blindly to turn the damn thing off before it gives him a headache. He succeeds, but jerks his hand back

As the angel suddenly appeared in the room with the sound of fluttering wings, he was pleased to see his charge before him though of course he didn't show it.
"Hello Dean."

"Seriously, put a bell on or somethin'" Dean said, lowering the weapon and taking a few steps forward. "You don't sneak up on people like that." Especially not when they're riled up the way Dean was, in some strange place with a missing brother.
The hunter gave the angel a once over, as if making sure he was alright. Which wasn't that absurd considering the last time he saw Cas the angel was about to take on some heavenly wrath himself.
"You alright?" He asked, then, "You seen Sam?" And more importantly, "The hell are we, Cas?"
Reply
"I am unharmed and I do not know currently know where Sam is." Castiel answered honestly as even if he did know, there was a highly unlikely chance that he would still be there. "We are in the Love Hotel, a den of iniquity with the mind of an actual Trickster and you combined."
Reply
"Love hotel? Really?" Now that perked his interest and he couldn't help but grin a little. "Well, sounds like my kinda place." Though he made a face at being compared to a Trickster. "Now that's just unfair."
But sadly, as much as he'd like to stay here and have some fun, he had bigger fish to fry.

"I was only making an observation on the... things that run this building, I meant no offense Dean." He lowered his head slightly, having not wanted to hurt his friend's feelings.

Aw hell. "No, s'fine, Cas don't worry about it. I mean hey, aside from the whole killing me a thousand times I gotta admit Trickster's have style." He paused a moment then, "Wait, whattya mean 'things' that run this place?"
"... Please tell me I am not holed up in some demonic whore house."
Reply
"You are not holed up in some demonic whore house," Cas parroted as it was the truth. "Though I would not put it past Crowley to create something like this but I am unclear as to who or what has brought us and the other 'guests' here."
Reply
"Crowley? Who the hell is Crowley? He another Trickster or somethin'?" Because that's just what he needed. "Well then we need to find the door and get these people outta here, and shut the place down." Which was likely easier said than done, but at least now there's a game plan.
"Walk n' talk, Cas. I don't wanna be a sittin' duck for whatever's keepin this place juiced up." Dean said as he motioned for the angel to follow him as he headed down the absurdly long hallway, his free hand reaching up to rub at the back of his neck for lack of anything to do, still tingling with phantom sensation from the shock he'd taken earlier. Damn thing probably had a loose wire or something.

"That is much easier said than done Dean as not only is the Hotel on an island but there are no means to get to the mainland and on occasion you may find yourself either back within the lobby or in someone else's room if you attempt to leave the main building."
Reply
He paused only a step before continuing. "You've got to be shitting me. There's no way outta this damn place? C'mon man, there's gotta be somethin'. A boat or helicopter or some shit? You can't just zap us outta here?"
Dean stopped again but this time he tugged off his outer shirt, tying it around his waist instead of wearing it, and pulled at the t-shirt he wore beneath it. "So, what they turnin' up the heat now? Tryin' to sweat us out?"
Reply
"There are aphrodisiacs within the air and food, the amount changes regularly, that is what is making you hot Dean."
Reply
His eyes briefly wandered over Cas before snapping back up to his face. "Excuse me, I thought you just said that this place regularly pumps out aphrodisiacs. Please tell me I misheard you." Well, that would explain why he had just checked out his friend.
Reply
"It can also be found in food and refreshments as well." Boy was he glad that he didn't need to eat or drink.
Reply
"I know I'm gonna regret asking this, but which one of those winged douches was it?"
Reply
"Gabriel and he is not a douche to those he truly cares about."

There was a short pause as their earlier conversation caught up with him. "Wait, is this what you meant when you said Sam was safe?"
