[It's a couple of days since the disastrous talk with Don, everyone having calmed down. Even if they weren't talking. The rain falling fits well with the mood, even if it is light.
Leo exits the hallway to the rooms, rolling his left shoulder for a moment. The house was quiet, but he could hear noises coming from the kitchen. He looked thoughtful, before he headed there. He leans in the doorway.]

[Mike follows. A lot of tension has been building up lately in this family, and not all of it is related to Don. You're about the only brother he feels normal around right now. When they reach the battle dome, he'll let you pick the settings. He really doesn't care right now.]

[He's felt the tension. It was hard not to. Especially since they could get only so far from each other, in the house. He didn't like the feeling, but he was still trying to find a way to fix it. He looks through the selections, pausing at one, especially the name attached. He keys up the program though, it was the closest thing they had to getting home, at the moment.]
All set. [He says, looking at Mikey. He heads into the room, that opens out into the familiar surroundings of a NYC rooftop. He stopped, taking a moment to remind himself this wasn't real. But he wasn't expecting it to look and feel so real.]

[Mike steps into the room and back into normalcy. He's used the Battle Dome before (and seen enough sci-fi shows, honestly), so the intense reality of it doesn't throw him off overmuch, but it's still a bit breathtaking. He wonders who would have bothered to program a New York City rooftop at night, and then shies away from that thought.]
Initiate fight sequence.
[When the hoards of Foot appear, the jolt of adrenaline that goes through his body feels like a drug, and suddenly he suddenly has a little bit of insight into why Raph is the way he is.]

Perfect.
[Damn, Don was good. As the soldiers appear he draws a katana/ The soldiers taking on the familiar strategy of surrounding them, before moving in to attack. The adrenaline rushes into his system, as he goes to meet a group of the soldiers, fighting them.]

[The familiarity of this almost frightens him. The punch/kick/strike/block of battle feels more real than some things right now, and he's not sure whether that's a good thing.
[Action;Backdated to the 17th.] Doh, I never got a notif, sorry. ._.honorthecodeApril 5 2011, 05:08:11 UTC
[It's familiarity that's welcome. Outside of the draft, the village was so quiet. Too quiet. Especially to someone who's used to finding trouble just about every time he went topside.]
Watch out behind you Mikey! [ He said, as he a soldier away, before he locked blades with another.]
[Action;Backdated to the 17th.] No worriesthe_mikesterApril 5 2011, 16:56:53 UTC
[Mike leaps into the air in an impressive back flip, using the soldier behind him as a springboard to launch himself further away, and then clocking him in the back of the head.
He'd already started grieving, though that's not how he'd put it, during the fight with Raph. Now he's angry. Angry at Don, angry at the Malnosso, angry at everyone. Leo should be able to tell that Mike is being unusually fierce and efficient, and he's totally silent. No jokes or banter here. Just cold deadliness.]

Hey Mikey, are you busy?

[He's only up to his elbows in dough. But he's making bread. The kind of dough you have to wrestle with. Pound on.
He could use a less yielding outlet for his frustration.]

I was wondering if you were up for sparring at the Battledome. If not, I can go by myself.
[He could use something to beat on too. Seems like a good time to go check the place out]

Yeah, let's go.
[He is not a happy turtle.]

Let's go. [He'll head out of the kitchen, and the house. He checked around for a moment, waiting for Mikey, before he heads for the dome.]
