Anyone have a chihuahua-sized hole in his or her heart?
T is off to upstate NY to pick up a dog, but there is no end home for him. Do you know anyone kind/appropriate families or individuals who might be looking for a pet?

Caesar lived with me briefly about 5 years ago, and was quite the gem. He was T's previous girlfriend's dog, but when they broke up, the ex abandoned him. T took Caesar until her aunt said she'd take him. That aunt has just experienced a debilitating change in health status and can no longer take care of a dog.

Caesar is about six years old, and a chihuahua of unusually low-key demeanor. He needs the care required of a small dog (specifically, going out every four hours if you're home). That said, he is crate-trained and makes it for more than an 8-hour workday every day, and seems to be fine with this. My memories of him (and T reports, having visiting him many times over the intervening five years, confirms that he is the same) are that he was very sweet. I've lived with another chihuahua-ish dog since, and loved her, but she was a yipper and a pee-er. Neither of these are Caesar's things, to my memory.
