Like... yknow... meditation!

I had almost forgotten about this interview I did last fall for ATSBMS. I'm really pleased with it, so I won't even go into how neurotically concerned about it I was immediately after the interview.

So here's me talking about meditation-y stuff. I think I'm supposed to be representing or appealing to the young/hip crowd :p

Heck yeah. Same here. Sangha Monday/Wednesday. SAA Tuesday/Thursday.

Keep coming back / It works if you work it / So work it because you're worth it.

When I got back to my car Monday night, I found I got a parking ticket. Your txt message put a smile on my face and made the cost of the ticket well worth it. Yay for friends!

Have fun on Saturday!

Yerp, that's me! It was weird, I haven't really heard my own voice lately or a seen a video of me talking at length ever.

Automatic meditation = sweet.

dude, you are so smooth. i could never use the word "refuge" in an interview without sounding like a total tool.

Not being a total tool kind of helps.

Still rocked the "whatever/yknow/ummm/like" enough to properly represent my demographic, haha.

Thank you for posting this. Usually interviews of this nature can come off as preachy or better-than-thou, but this was honest and intelligent. Keep it up!
