I've been away from LJ for quite a while. I finally realized that I was avoiding it because there were just too many people on my list- too many pages to read to keep up and not miss anybody. I've chopped my list almost in half now, to try to make it easier to follow ( Read more... )

I soooooooo understand and GOOD FOR YOU.

When I cut my list from like 800+ to under 300 I felt like a badass.

I've always hated removing people from my list, but yeah- it was time. I just couldn't keep up and it was keeping me from trying at all anymore.

You're not the only one who's been staying away -- a lot of people on my FL have been doing similar, including the cuts. Maybe it's the weather?
