Just beat Final Fantasy VII after many hours of play. Pretty minimum play on my part. I didn't try to get every item, talk to every character. So I missed out on Yuffie, Vincent and Chocobo breeding. Got most of the summons. I thought is was a beautiful game (even tho the characters sometime look like lego people) and am interested in the rest of

FF7's one of my faves, too. Vincent and Yuffie come up kind of "normal-like," though, just through the course of playing. Try again, say I! It's almost like you get a whole extra half a game!

I would like to replay it with a guide and collect all the goodies. But it'll be awhile. All this "being an adult" and needing sleep always gets in my way. I just ordered FF8, have a stack of unplayed games and a wish list longer than something. really long.

I hear 8 is good. I played 10 about a year ago, which was remarkably intense and like $5 at gamestop. Good call on the "doing other games first" thing, though. If you come back later, it's like at least three quarters of an extra game.
