♪ Road's never died, per se--we've seen how Noah die and their memories awaken in the next candidate (so far we've seen it in Skinn and Wisely), but I suspect Road's been alive the whole many thousands of years or so since the war began and the Noah first appeared. While she may have changed her visual appearence many times over, the consciousness that is Road Kamelot has never reawakened in a different shell than the one she has now. (Since other than Wisely, who is specifically stated to be a special case--and the ones most recently introduced, because lol who knows if Hoshino will give them any solid canon--she is the only Noah whose Noah name is the same as her human/casual name)
♪ At the same time, she was very young when she first called/awakened--probably only about fourteen or fifteen.
♪ As a result, her appearence of choice is always that of a young girl, sometimes older, sometimes younger, depending on her whim.
♪ Also as a result, her views on sex and sexuality are pretty skewed. She's very aware of the sexual undercurrent of Cyril's family play with her, but it hardly is something that registers to her. Just going by her views on sexual intimacy alone, she's outright sociopathic--except that when it comes to her family, she's fiercely loyal and involved; she doesn't care if other people are hurt or injured or upset, but if it's her family, then she will destroy everything and anything necessary. She loves her family, and they're the only living beings that ultimately have any impact on her little world, and they're the only things that matter.

♪ I have her updated all the way through the end of v20 in terms of canon, but it's not really a huge deal for castmates yet, as everything that she's shown doing or going through to that point is not anything I don't think she knew already. (The Kanda thing is debateable, but it's pretty clear she knew quite a lot about Alma and the experiments that were being performed before Wisely began tossing up memories for everyone to see--so it's knowledge she's always had, it's just that canon gave her a situation to utilize. That opportunity hasn't presented itself it camp, so she keeps her cards close for now.)
♪ Re: the previous point and her body, she's pretty good at controlling how she appears. Wisely comments that she looks exactly the same as she did thirty-five years previous, though later we see her as a doll that's able to regenerate its head after Kanda crushes it. She probably could/should be like that in camp, but chooses not to be: without the Earl around for her to ride on, it's much easier to just keep a normal human appearance.
♪ She knows, at least on a general level, how each Noah has died. If she didn't know about the circumstances beforehand, she sees more details in dreams.
♪ Once in someone's dream/headspace, she's pretty good at picking out any and all immediate and surface memories to manipulate as she sees fit. Psychics and those with mental shields present a challenge that she's usually uninterested in digging around in: only an Exorcist would really give her that much of a reason to start invading.
♪ Most of Road's cultural updating is coming via wandering around and listening/watching dreams, not the internet (not outright interfering, but given that dreams are her world, she probably goes for a walk and doesn't even have to try to be listening to hear). She's very good about sifting through the details and figuring out what's actually supposed to go where, but there are definite moments where she's got the wrong idea. She is not above making people explain things to her, though, if she thinks it'll be funnier that way.
