Go to 'Edit' Scroll down to 'Preferences' The window will have tabs. Click on the 'Parental Control' Tab. Click the box to disable the music store. And voila! Problem solved!
I actually figured that out already. I was going to write yet another angry e-mail yelling at them about how they not only didn't address my concerns very well but also lied to me twice. I haven't quite gotten around to it yet though.
