*flails* This was SOOOO awesome! I didn't bother going to re-read the companion piece once I knew this was from Gibbs' POV. I wanted the 'fresh perspective' as it were.

Much as I loved the story from Tony's POV I totally adored it from Gibbs!! I have a major thing for "Gibbs in love with Tony" fics. Especially when it's reciprocated AND has a happy ending.

And I'm with everyone else in begging/pleading/cajoling for the next day fic. :-D

lol!! Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed the fic so much -even without reading the companion. The reason I recommend reading the companion first is because most of the explaination is there. I'm curious now as to whether this story makes sense without it...
