i re-mod-ed myself.
fixed the gross spelling/grammatical errors in the info. took out the rule about drama [because i think it's stupid]. took out the donnie darko/catcher in the rye ban [because i think that is also stupid] as well as the 'no talking about bright eyes rule' [because that one is incredibly stupid]. changed the 'i wouldn't touch

"4. Use the lj-cut tag. we cannot emphasize this enough. if it is NOT used, the post will be deleted." will a failure to use the lj-cut tag also result in banning?
"2. please, limit the drama to outside applications only & leave it of the community, once you have been accepted." is it supposed to be "out of"?
those are my only qualms with the application. keep up the good work

as for #2, the word "out" was originally in there, but omitted due to an open tag [my bad, sorry]. i closed the tag & now it looks fine. thanks for pointing that out to me.
thank you for your nice words; i'm taking charge around here now, so hopefully things will be in order soon. i hope to see more of you here =) & i hope things are going well.

I can make a stamp and leave it for you later tonight. I am at work right now, but I would be happy to do it. I'll also try to think up a wording for the name/slogan/title thing, but I am not very good with stuff like that.

i like ziuziuziu's idea of members submitting stamps [of course i would love to see yours], and i think that we can also have a variety of graphics and what have you to stamp members/promote the community. anything you could do would be wonderful & well-received. i admire your work.
let me know if you have any suggestions for the place, as i am doing the bulk of the renovations this afternoon.

b) good work
c) lets change the layout a bit. The text is so close together I have to click comments to read any post of significant length
d) i love you
e) lets have a few people make several stamps and then vote. Post them all and have the members vote for thier favorites. I am a paid accout, so I could even post a poll to make it easier.
and I have to go to work soon where I can't make a stamp, but I will make some tonight or friday. Maybe we could even have an icon.

Ha ha. How true! Good work. I agree with all of the editing above.

Especially for fixing the grammatical errors, the statement about drama and the Catcher in the Rye, Donnie Darko, and Bright Eyes rules. I agree a lot of lame people like those things, but a lot of lame people stumble on a lot of other good things by accident, too. I think it's unfair to pick on those things just because they are most often seen examples of that occurence. I don't care what ANYONE says; Donnie Darko is a god movie and Bright Eyes is fucking talented guy. You can tell by the way the application is written whether or not the person sincerely likes them for "the right reasons" or whether they are just listing them because they are "cool."
Let's try to work a little harder, people, and not use things like that as an easy excuse to vote "no."
