Thanks for your kind words.
I supposedly tore a ligament in my knee from wearing bad running shoes for 3 years.

Actually, you might want to move up that timeline. I'm not a doctor and don't know for sure, but with this sort of things it's best not to wait. Particularly since you could have a long hard rehab in front of you. So, unless you are waiting for something specific (what happens in August? )I'd do it sooner- like as soon as school is out ( ... )

Thanks for the advice! I'll look into it... I need anything helpful right now.
I am getting so desperate to enter the military that I'm starting not to care which branch I enter, and strangely, i was just considering army instead. But now you tell me it's not a good choice with a bad knee... When you say do it as soon as possible, do you mean enlist? Or get the surgery? Because I can't get the surgery until I am 18 because I need my "father" there with me and he doesn't want me to get it, the sick fucker.

I REALLY Hope you are able to get in, I know how much you want this :/ Btw, I haven't commented but I'm interested in your novel...i can see that you would be a good writer, you make very accurate statement.

"See, that's what happens when you want something bad enough- you end up later just wanting it under all circumstances with all the trimmings, good or bad."

Too true.

I hope so too. Thanks.

My novel's strangely similar to CS Lewis' The Screwtape Letters, as I've just found out. Ever read it?
I hate it when I find out my "original" ideas have already been done a long time ago... I don't think anything can be called original nowadays!

that sounds like a great plan sis. That is the smartest thing to do. If any branch in the military is what u want, then that is what u should pursue.

Hopefully he still lets u keep ur money b/c of the Biotch he is.
