I finally got to it and scheduled a test day this week in Baker for the ASVAB.

And my recruiter finally let me in on more info. about the "downsizing" they're doing with the Air Force: paying them more if they will leave two years earlier and join the army for the remaining time. He said something like $10,000, I don't know if this is true or not.

I have a book to recommend... whastryk_kite January 10 2007, 11:01:08 UTC
Our generation will suffer, you may have it worse as the United States cant last 30 years on the debt its built up.

I think this might be another one of those side effects of having a massively religious nation, not all obviously, but large portions of people in the United States do not believe they will 'die' when they die, and that neither will anyone else, heaven hell and whatnot.

I think this leads to a certain apathy, perhaps outright unbelief...

Althought his doesnt account for all the insanity that has occurred within the government...

Youre' right.
It's selfishness. Pure and outright selfish carelessness. And sad... and I am so afraid for my future because of this. People need to wake up and start doing something right now, because it's almost already beginning to be too late.
so, um... what's the book you recommend?
