So i am thinking of moving back to Sydney at the end of the year. It's been six months here, and still doesn't feel like home. When i finish work and come home at the end of each day, i still feel like someone trying to make it in a faroff place they have traveled to for residence. Each day. I hope you will consider staying where you are. I know it sounds weird, but as a person who's moved away from home, moved back, moved away, and moved back, and then moved away permanently, that you should give the new place a shot. While home is tempting and seems awesome, sometimes a fresh start - no matter how difficult it seems - really is better. It gives your character time to evolve and change.

I really missed home for awhile when I moved here, but after going back, it felt... different and changed and like I couldn't find that niche again, where I was comfortable. After spending a couple of years here, I don't really want to leave and it seems more like home than home does... friends and family and familiar areas are nice, but sometimes what you make your own is nicer.
