How could people do that?! I live in an area with a high turnover of students and every year they leave pets behind. We try and take them to the no-kill shelter if we can, and even get them fixed. But there's so many of them!

Makes me so angry.

She is so adorable. If I didn't already have three cats, I'd take her!!

My partner and I just found two tiny kittens in our front yard a week or so back that had been dumped! We took them in and fed them and they were so cute and already litter trained. We walked around the neighborhood to see who had lost them and found out that they had been in the street for three days and no one had helped them at all!!!! Ring your RSPCA though. We were worried that if we took them there they would be killed, but the girl said they had never killed a kitten that was well ever. The advertising they do to try to stop people dumping and such makes it seem like they might not get adopted though. Both of ours were gone within a day of going into the adoption centre and now have happy new homes : ) I hope your kitten is okay.

hey sweetheart!. ok, i spoke to dr julie & i am being mama to the kitten over the weekend as she is hours away on a short vacation. i am feeding priscilla turkey & rice baby food & OMG is she hungry but obviously i am giving her only a little at a time as not to shock her belly. i also need to massage her lady bits to try & make her urinate/defecate (oooooh fun times! ha!). i KNOW we can find a home for her as long as she is given the all clear health wise.

would you reccomend cleaning her tail with warm water & ummm she stinks!.

love you.

have you tried putting down a litterbox for her?!

she looks like she should be old enough to use one. that way you don't have to stimulate her to pee or poop.

if you don't have litter, you can always shred up some newspaper and put that in a box and she should be just fine.

it's instinctual for cats to use litterboxes. i don't know HOW they know, but they do.

you can use warm water on her backend/tail OR you can use baby wipes if you think that might help too.

keep me posted on the wee baby and let me know if there's anything else i can help you with.

good luck !!!!

I was gonna say that the bloated belly was probably worms too.
That is usually relatively easy to cure though right? Or I guess it depends on the parasite?

She is such a sweetie.
