a friend of mine suggested this to me like an ice cream truck but homemade desserts, i told her it would only work in a smaller town because city people would be to skeptical of it and in a smaller town, it wouldn't be busy enough, but it sounds like a grand idea.
Haha, cool. I'm actually a pastry student at a culinary school, so the stuff I plan on serve may be more eclectic than regular ice cream. Deep fried pie is going to be one of them. ^-^
