New Year's Resolution: Stop being a pussy little bitch, and start important conversations. No more of this coercive, passive-aggressive pushing someone else to start it. Do it yourself. Grr.

It really feels good to take charge and start things yourself, even if it's really difficult, trust me! Or at least that's how it is for me. And it gets easier the more you do it.
