I just watched Gone With the Wind for the first time, and I have to say a lot of problems could have been solved, and the movie drastically shortened, by a judicious threesome.
(It wasn't just me, right? Melanie had total subtext not just with Scarlett but with every woman she encountered. And she was adorably in love with Scarlett, and Scarlett was a total jerk to her which I am pretty sure means love in GWTW-world.)
Also, that movie was nothing like what I thought I knew about it. Except the horrible racism. That was there.
