I'm glad to see you're taking your loss philosophically! Don't forget to let yourself mourn a little though. It is a part of the healing process, you know.
I will watch for Spooky Fish in a waterway near me. I don't know what he looked like, but I imagine my neck hair will stand up and I'll get goose bumps and shit, his already having been named "Spooky Fish" in life and all. Anyhow, when I near the river one misty mourn only to be overtaken by a profound but inexplicable feeling of loss, I'll be sure to pay my respects to young Spooky Fish.
I can only be thankful for the brief moment i spent with Spooky Fish in February. Our seconds were fleeting, but his presence has haunted me for months. Clearly in anticipation of an actual, even spookier haunting.

Spooky was the only fish I've ever loved and considered "puppy like" and seriously cute as a bubble-eyed button.
RIP indeed
