I still like my XP/2003 setup. I understand that you only really need 2007 if you have Vista, which I do not plan on getting until I really really have to.

I have licenses for 03 and 07 on hand but really, I prefer 03. 07 does have some really nifty features built into it which make it worth the potential sidegrade (unlike Vista...) but I still prefer the elegant simplicity of 03. On top of which, it's far easier for a user to manipulate their documents in 03 than it is in the idiot proof 07.

...which reminds me! I owe you a trip out to clean up your PC. how's the 25th sound? :)

i hate 2007 with a passion. i've used both and i prefer 2003. maybe it's just cause i don't use it as often.

Now see, I LOVE 2007!! It took me awhile to get used to it & to configure it to work the way I wanted it to work. Now that it no longer thinks it's smarter than me though, I absolute adore all the extra features it has.

Like OneNote. I use OneNote all the time!! Of course, that's 'cause I take a lot of notes on things that i want to add to stuff I'm writing or presenting but hey - better then having to cut-and-paste the stuff.

I'm running 07 on an ANCIENT Dell with XP and I'm having fewer crashes & hang up problems then I did with 03.

However, I HATE IE7 which everyone else seems to adore so maybe I'm just odd!
