Is it just me, or has John Stewart been on fire lately? The last two shows have been insanely funny. I think that week off was a good idea. As a Canadian, I now only get my American news through the Daily Show.

I've finished all my Godzilla movies and am waiting for a few more Japanese monster movies in the mail, so I've moved on to my Kung Fu movies. I've always loved Martial Arts movies, since when I was a kid and saw a Bruce Lee movie for the first time. So, I went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up some ice cream, my favorite flavor, Mint Chocolate Chip. But this particular brand calls it Mint Chocolatey Chip. Is that necessary? Chocolatey? I just installed my new stereo receiver in my truck today. I had to get a wire harness adapter to connect the Kenwood deck to the Dodge's factory harness and it came in the mail the other day. Just sold my old Jeep yesterday, after blowing $30 on a newspaper ad scheduled to come out today. And two days after the monthly insurance payment came out of my bank account.
