I agree, my dad died from cancer, and I think the bracelets are pretty stupid. Oh christ, and the anime-cancer convention at bellerose...if you really want to save up for cancer research...don't bloody throw a convention based on a minority interest. It was just an excuse to throw a convention and gain some more popularity. I think people should just partake in the already existing charities like the Terry Fox run or even just do what you said.
