In Driver's Ed today I got a dose of the same medicine (though, of course, not as literally as you did). Our instructor made us make up a scenario in which we are driving irresponsibly and get into a crash and kill our best friend. Then he made us write a letter to the parents of our best friend. Needless to say it was an emotional experience, and, in conclusion, I feel ya.
