i must agree with you, even with the high school popularity thing. not that this applies to everyone, but h.s. to some ppl can be defining, even traumatic, etc.

max capacity... makes sense to an extent, but regaeton is definitely not the vessel that showcases latin rap to the fullest, "latin" is too broad a term - there's no Machete, Cartel, or Molotov in there (among others)

nah dude... MAD is indeed a newschool adjective but it is not a synonym of COOL. MAD, is closer to its actual meaning, which would closer be associated with the word CRAZY, at least in the sense of excessiveness- in essense it means SHITLOAD but without sounding like ur using a unit of measurement (since i know u had steinhaus, i know that u remember that a coulomb = a shitload and therefore shitload becomes a unit of measurement).. for example... if u wanna say that someone is so good at dribbling a basketball to the point where its almost crazy.. u say " that dudes got MAD dribbles." or if someone has a shitload of potential at something u say "he has MAD potential".. however, the word MAD sometimes doesnt go with certain words.. MAD is one of those that has to be perfectly matched and generally, all words that mean CRAZY or SHITLOAD are the same in that way.. they all have certain words u gotta stick with and u cant break out of that set.. so then continuing with the examples, u can not say in the event that one dude has an ( ... )

Alright... I don't like you're idea of Max Capacity of Cool because I don't like the fact that there can never anything cooler than pullover jackets or the old school Jordan's (which I never liked but I recognized them as being pretty fuckin cool) but you make a good argument and it seems like unfortunately may be right. By the way, the shoe thing... let it go 0_o ! Geez! haha Anyway and like Bermejo said, Reggaeton does not in any way showcase hip-hop/rap en espanol. Reggaeton is shit music that serves no purpose except to talk about sex, which is all well and good but music should have some substance behind it. One of the reasons I like La Sinfonia so much is because they tell stories with their songs and then they drop some mad beats and samples behind them that only serve to make them fuckin awesome songs. I hate Reggaeton and I think I'm gonna start a club called I Hate Reggaeton because I just hate it! I hate the fact that stations are bending over backwards for it.
