Robb's been talking about it long enough it's time to just do it. The lists are finished, there are flags and a quintain and most importantly an occasion. And his family being rather busy with the new arrival, it's fairly easy for Robb to declare his intentions just casually enough that everyone agrees to it with a minimum of fuss.
