Cedric couldn't really be blamed if he was laying low after the events on Valentine's Day. Granted, his strength of will had ultimately won out against whatever it was that had been in the bread, but it was only by the slimmest of margins. Much too slim for his liking. Guilt at almost kissing another man had prevented Cedric from asking Viktor about his activities that day, and since the other boy had seemed normal enough later, Cedric supposed there wasn't much of anything to be concerned about. If Viktor was keeping his thoughts to himself, it wasn't anything strange; he'd never been much of a talker.
Glad to have missed whatever madness had transpired over the weekend, Cedric had made his way to the compound to find something edible. The trampoline outside had caught his notice, and he was currently standing with one tenative hand splayed across the fabric in inspection. He'd never seen anything quite like it before.
