Archie hadn't been up to much. He was fed up with crayons though. He thought about kite-flying after seeing Leoben and a young woman trying it but that seemed sort of silly.
Although it didn't get much sillier than being half a page in a random book or stranded on some bizarre island or being followed into thinking gum could kill.
Kite-building was at least more manly an activity than crocheting, surely. Archie figured he should try at least as many craft projects as he could. He found a really bad shirt that no one should have wanted to wear anyway, little bits of stick and twine, and began trying to make a happy, little kite.
Hm. Maybe he could build a happy, little Spanish fort from bamboo and smash it with rocks next.
