My ex seems to think we're getting back together. He thinks that I only broke up with him because I am scared of commitment. He thinks I only broke up with him because I don't like the term "relationship

Don't you hate guys who think they've got it "all figured out" ???
My advice is to tell him you're not looking for a relationship right now. That you're fine with being friends (and maybe dating). that you're focusing on your life right now. what you want to do, where you want to be, and if you start to feel more serious about him later, so be it. that you don't expect him to wait around for you, but that you don't want to be spending all your time with him, either.
kind of a "I'll call you, don't call me" type of thing!
I have told him. I told him last year when we broke up and he (as a result) thinks I just mean that I don't like calling it a relationship. I am SO not fine with being friends. He has done so many things lately that just make me not even want to look at him. (i.e calling two of my friends fat, one of which is about a size 10 Australia, the other pershaps a 12? His justification was that he was concerned for them. On top of this he says "do you think I am this skinny naturally?" about himself when... a)He isn't skinny. and b) His idea of vegetables is fries.
The only thing I feel fo him these days is disgust.
He was in the foulest of moods on the journey towards home. I was a little shocked at how mean he was to me, and to the cab driver. Perhaps he was just annoyed not to get to sleep in your car. Lol. Fail.
Oh it's alright, I was just surprised more than anything as it seemed to come right out of the blue. That was the cab ride of doom XD. Long long journey + nastiness + loud techno music + I REALLY NEEDED TO URINATE OH GOD THE PAIN.
