Ahhh, Sydney! You Dirty Little Whore!!!
Hello my fellow travellers,
well, im back from Sydney, and well, it was fantastic! If i may, i will compare it to a prostitute, there were good times, bad times but in the end all i have to show for it is the memories and absolutely no money!!! Anyway, here is a day by day recount of the trip:
- Thursday: Travelled all day and got to Sydney round 9pm, met up with Huda, with whom i was staying with, had dinner and basically watched mvoies before we crashed.
- Friday: Got up early and huda and sum friends took me around Sydney, doin the touristy thing, the Opera House, Circular Quay, The Bridge, Darling Harbour, etc. Twas good and fun. Went out for dinner and bummed around George St until 11.30pm so we could see dk_heartbr8ka perform in 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show', she played Janet and did an awesome job!
- Saturday: Me and Huda kinda bummed around watched TV, then a friend came and got us and we went to get tickets for the party we were going to for NYE, it was at Star City. Then we picked up another friend from the train, went back to Hudas, chilled, then we went to dinner and then the movies to see 'Happy Feet', it was fantastic, i recommend it to everyone!
- Sunday: Did a little bit of shopping in the morning and then chilled in the afternoon. After waiting ages for the girls to get ready, we left, met up with more friends, had Maccas for dinner and headed to Star City. The place was great, had to 2 floors or entertainment and loads of balcony space. Proceded to get drunk, and was having a good time, only a few little dramas, but it was NYE afterall. Rang sum ppl before 12, as i thought i might not get through and waited for the fireworks. Damn they were awesome, they went for like 10mins and were great! After that, i drank more, danced, drank, talked, etc until 3am when we were kicked out. We got back to Hudas around 4am and we all crashed.
- Monday: We were gunna get up early and go to the beach to recover, but alas, it rained!!! So, we chilled at Hudas and then we went and hung out at the Shopping Centre near Hudas house. Went out for Italian for dinner and damn it was good! Went back to Hudas and had an early nite!
- Tuesday: The girls took me shopping all over Sydney. First we started at Market City, then we went to Eastgardens, then we went to Bondi Junction. It was alright, i went one way, they went the other and we met up at the end. Then they treated me to the beach and took me to Bondi Beach, which is a very nice beach. After playing around in the water for half an hour, we left and went back to Hudas. Got pizzas and movies and sat in front of the TV all nite.
- Wednesday: Got up at 6am to catch the train home. Travelled all day and got home around 11pm, got home unpacked and then crashed.
Today i didnt really do anything except wash all my clothes from the trip, other than that was a quite day. Hope you enjoyed my recount of my trip to Sydney and if you just skipped it, i say to you, that wasnt very nice! Talk later peeps!
