ran the 400m and 800m at the track meet today. 400m- 61 sec.
800m- 2:19min
overall a HUGE P.R. in the 400m and a 2 sec. P.R. in the 800m.
*looks like a good season

400m - 64 ... not AS good as sandesh there, but then again i did just come back from wrestling (8 seconds faster than last year!) i <3 u sandesh
