The rehersal venue was a bit far away anyway, so I was iffing as to whether I even should audition.

Hey Isaac,

Is your video camera completely dead? Coz I was hoping to use it to record the interview I'm doing with your mum on Tuesday arvo... I just want to record the sound and that seemed the easiest way to do it... Should I borrow someone else's or is yours ok?

No it's not completely dead...
however it's Fire wire and USB ports have both stopped working.

You could put it onto a VHS no problems,
but it would require more thinking to get it onto the computer.
I was hoping to send it to the repair shop ASAP.
