I agree that we should plan such things out in advance, especially now that those who have had their chips removed are currently suppressed. If we can gather our resources and information something should be put to light.

Therefore, we must plot of a way to keep such brutal criminals incarcerated here in Discedo, particularly because we cannot condemn to Death for their heinous crimes.

We need a prison of some kind or perhaps stricter punishments to deter these errant outlaws from committing their crimes.
