Wow. Michael Bay has exceeded my expectations by creating the gakkiest piece of gak blockbuster. The script is downright laughable. The main villain almost did a no show. The transformers themselves look even more-so like random junk piles, welded together. Which is appropriate, because they are complete pussies, not even able to stand up to ( Read more... )

I enjoyed the movie for the all-out action and the kickass Optimus Prime (cos he literally kicks ass in this movie) but then, at the same time, I did put my expectations at an all-time low cos... seriously... other than the actions, the movie has nothing, really...

Still, better than the first movie IMO

The Transformers vs Transformers fights were ace. I'll give you that...

The engineer in me can't wrap my head around how the transformers are able to withstand ground impacts at terminal velocity during re-entry without damage (50 tons at a terminal velocity of 0.816km/s for an impact of 16.6 Gigajoules), only to get massacred by tanks (Assume 50 kg shell at 1600m/s for 64 Megajoules).

Devestator pwned made me sad. I was sad that he never stood up, nor was he made from smaller robots. When he got hit by the railgun I was like... WTF!

Oh yeah, total disappointment over Devastator dude. It's like, come on! You hyped it up, at least make him fight some autobots and actually FIGHT, not eat like they did with Mudflap... and what the hell is that? He eats Mudflap, Mudflap ESCAPES... and he does nothing to them? Freakin stomp their asses...

And yeah, the fact that he's just a combined vehicles and not the Constructicons themselves are pure bull for me too...

Devastator = Massive sadness
