RETREATING IS THE SAME AS LOSING
AMERICA MARCHES EVER ONWARDS, TO VICTORY!
...Publically humiliating victory.

You two are the best at adapting these events to Hetalia. I missed this sort of tension so much ahah ´ー`
Thank you for the awesome, looking forward to next chapters!

...I have gone terribly off-track, haven't I? Well, just know that I am a huge fangirl of your works. I'll be waiting for the next chapter!
PS: Forgive me for asking, but don't you guys think you can make more omakes? I'll read them anyway, no matter how short they are, and I'm sure lots of us will too.

As for the omakes, we might! Right now we're just trying to take it easy so we don't get stressed out again. A big part of why we needed the break is because TCE had just become too much work. So for now, we're going to just focus on the main storyline, and answering comments. =D

(I even saved the comments from the letter box since Russia and America's replies are made of awesome. Surely that doesn't make me sound weird... Does it?)

I love it! Your Russia and America are as awesome as ever. America being a fail!spy and horrid fibber to boot both killed me with the tension and contact embarassment and also caused me to giggle uncontrollably on the 3rd read-through. He really really walked into that one and I love that we're hearing it from Russia's POV (in public no less) and he's so.....I dunno....almost amused with America's poor attempts and fake smile, at least until the idiot refuses to apologize (and brings up the Seal.....oops!). What I love most about this, though, is that even though it degenerates into another one of their tense fights-but-not-quite-physical-fights, they still come at it from a much different stand point than it seemed like they were before. Do I sense a tinge of maturity, boys? A dash of a restraint along with all that bubbling resentment and UST?

I think there really is a maturity here that hasn't been present before, though! Like, things are getting tense between them again, but they're actually in a relationship this time. This was humiliating as hell, but they haven't broken up over it, and they don't plan to. There's a big difference between fighting with this ~guy~ who you ~totally don't like~ and he can just ~die from cancer~ for all you care...and having a fight with your boyfriend.
