I had initially been resistant to watching the new series (in spite of CKR), because...well, I had some very fond memories of the first series.

But, being the scifi geek that I am, I finally broke down and watched the new series. And was really, really impressed.

I kind of liked the Leoben Conoy character in the Miniseries, but ever since watching Flesh and Bone for the first time, I fell madly in (very manly) love with him and consecutively the actor behind it.

Same here, except the very manly part :-P

Great post. You had me at 'Disco Stu Leoben'. Could they have put him in a shirt that was any louder?

I just thought I'd point out a BSG/due South (Fraser/Leoben and Fraser/RayK) crossover fic 'Soul Surrender' and it's remix 'Surrender'.
