\o/ C, you are my hero! I have video file of this interview, but it doesn't play right. The audio runs ahead of the video, and it's so distracting that I can hardly stand to play it. Having a trascript is like gold. Thank you!
You have a clip and can't actually watch it? (!!?) Um, I could re-upload? In case you think that would help? I mean, really. I'd be happy to. It's just not fair, having The Interview and not being able to actually watch it. I mean, really.
Apart from that, you are totally, very, absolutely welcome! <3
Thank you so much. This must've been a pig to transcibe. He so doesn't speak in sentences, (though it's always clear when you listen to the audio what he's saying.)
Love the bit where he says I just don't think they make that many, uh, light-hearted Canadian films, you know. Hah! And I really hadn't thought of Falling Angels as a comedy at all - he comes across years younger + bouncier than his then age in Twitch City and dS, wish they'd offer him good comedy roles.
Ha! Yes. *g* It was fun though. And only possible if you don't look at him at the same time. Too distracting.
And yeah, not too many light-hearted Canadian movies out there, huh? Although I have to admit, I thought Falling Angels was pretty funny. Just me then, huh?
(And he's pretty bouncy in Californication, even though he does look his age. That's good enough for me. Now he just needs to play a good guy who doesn't sleep with barely legal girls. That would be nice.)
To be a first-generation Canadian Okay. So: definitely Canadian. Or Canadian and English both. And Scottish-souled too.
... you know. (Number of 'You knows': 58) <3 No, we don't. That's the point of interviews, Callum: you tell us things we don't know! Seriously though, I get it. It's all strangely articulate. I can even relate to most of it. For things not even related to golf or acting.
You're accessible and available. Now that summons naughty thoughts. Nice.
Impossible to transcribe and not get distracted (I tried!). Hard enough to listen without getting distracted!
♥♥ ♥ &hearts Hearts you so much for doing this and sharing!
*sneaks in* Thanks for the transcript! Sadly I've never seen the actual interview. What I found most intriguing is his approach to acting. I always had the impression that he doesn't just fake it, but reaches inside himself and kinda pulls the characters out, if that makes any sense.
I'm pretty new to Callum-world, but I can already say I've never seen an actor that is equally talented and droolworthy. And he seems to get even hotter with age! YUM!

Yeah, he can be just amazing. Not all the time, but pretty damn often, yes. No idea what he does there, or how he does it. Not sure I want to know. But, yeah. I know what you mean.

True, true. And now why does that seem weird to us? *g*
(I tried!)
You too, hm? Yeah, this one was my... third try, I think. Not easy. And yes, even just listening...
Awww, hearts! Thank you!

Good point. I probably wouldn't be here if I didn't. Relate.
Once upon a time, someone decided this community needed a golf tag. Doesn't this one deserve a capslock GOLF tag? :D

It's a very cool interview though, really. Try it without looking at the video? That helps after the third time or so.

I agree!
As for the interview, try YouTube (part 1, part 2, part 3). :D

Also, the painting behind him (his?) cracked me up a little. It sure doesn't miss the most important part of the male body. ;)
