Ditto for Kim's crew, with the other countries. Both regions have a history of inter-racism and squabbling among their countries. Ex. Chinese don't really like Japanese, Koreans don't like Japanese, Japanese et cetera . . . ditto for Iranians, Iraqis, Saudi Arabians, et cetera.
