SOTD and 12 weeks later...a birth story

Sep 19, 2009 14:04

HEY! How about a SOTD? Remember when I posted those? HA! Well, here's a fun one that I found scribbled on a lactation consultant's business card. The two incidents are not related, I assure you.

I’m sitting in a Whole Foods with a cup of coffee and a box of tissues trying to mop myself up in front of a bunch of urban hippies.

There's more! And pics! )

Thanks! We found it in a book, and it was the only one on the short list that Tom liked. I'm just glad it wasn't twins...we'd still have one nameless. Naming boys is tough.

I love it! And I love you for giving the lactation the consultant the good 'ol what for. And for other reasons, too, but that rocks! You guys are a seriously gorgeous family.

Awww, too kind!!! I love reading One Shoe Off, even though I know true appreciation comes through the comment link. Will do, soon!!

Charlotte's haircut pics are too cute!!

Miss your ice cream lady. I found out they deliver, but it ain't the same after a midnight scarfing in the kitchen of a Victorian B&B.

Look at how WONDERFUL you all look. Baby Dax looks amazing and Graylin is such a big girl now. It's nice to hear your story too because I had so many issues wiht BFing Sam and it was easy w/ Piper but we had to supplement in the hospital too because of her severe jaundice. F*** all those people that try to tell you what to do and thankfully you listened only to the little voices in your own head!

Bless you all.

Awww, thanks! I can't get over how grown up Sam is!! Wasn't he a bald-headed, blue-eyed baby just yesterday? And now there's spunky Piper growing up right behind him!

So glad things were easier with Piper. It makes SUCH a difference, doesn't it?!

Hugs to ya!
