If she is gonna be back, go talk to her. Girls can be as big of a chicken as guys, please understand that. If she was looking at you, you can just walk up to her and say hi. Or something. It's kinda a tough thing to do, tho. You could do something cheesy like ask her the time or something if you don't have a watch, and then just randomly start talking to her about the whether and then work it into a random question about her. And then before you know it, you guys will be chatting up a storm and you would walk out of the place with her numer!
