After a really expert massage this evening, I swung by the drug store to pick up a few things. I am now laying in bed with an ice-pack strapped to my neck, a heating pad under my back, and a pillow under my knees.

... doncha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?

On the plus side, I'm feeling much more mobile.
