a nightmare

I am becoming more and more aware of this terrible avodiant way of dealing things. Perhaps its simply a growing problem, and thats why its coming more into view. I allow my thoughts to wander in order to escape my issues. It has, however, been catching up to me in my sleep. I wonder if while you were dreaming you had an epileptic seizure? Sounds similar to what my friend Kathy has. She only has seizures when she sleeps, and it went on for years before she even knew. There's no way to detect them. An EKG (i think thats what theyre called) would probably help you out with sleep and brain wave abnormalities, as well as detecting for epilepsy. Neurologists can tell you whats up.
