AMEN BROTHER! It makes me competely sick! I went an got information on joining the peace corps, and volunteering for the Red Cross when all of this happened, not went and filled up my tank. p.s. there really isnt a gas shortage!
You're right, so many politicians have ignored this problem for so long. But it's real. Ask any scientist not employed by the government, or not a crazy right winger. They'll tell you: we created the problem of an active hurricane season by burning so many fossil fuels so quickly.
i'm sorry this has hit so close to you jeff. i was watching the footage and it made me cry. so many areas have just been leveled. everythings gone. i went to new orleans less than 2 years ago, it's a beautiful city....or rather was a beautiful city. and now it's gone. i too have been searching info about red cross, though i know them very well being a habitual blood donor. and although the 'gas shortage' may be hindering my ability to go home and see my family this weekend, i still have a home to go to. so many people along the gulf coast no longer do.

There IS a gas shortage, but it's compounded by people going crazy.
Dog wags the tail, then tail wags the dog.
I love you so much Holly Ashmore.
