Jeff- we're all really really sorry about your family. We really really are. And if we complain about gas prices or other inconviences that you may deem petty, it does NOT mean that were any less sorry or that we care about the innocent victims any less. This hurricane and now the horrific fludding has impacted us ALL in different ways- yes, this was your family and family is WAY more important than an empty gas tank and dwindling funds- but no transportation and no money to eat and pay rent and other bills is also a big problem. But again, it doesn't make us insensitive
