At the first sign of a crime being committed in the bat world, he could dash off to his "HumanHouse"

He is always vigilant for the Humansignal, for exactly that reason. It's a glowing yellow disc of light projected against the clouds, with the silhouette of some dude in the centre. (Looks a lot like Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, but with only the two arms.)
