Oh, how gorgeous was that?!! It just had such an immediacy to it - the first person perspective just pulled me right in and seemed to keep me in Draco's brain the whole time. Good job!

Thank you so much! First person tends not to be a very popular choice among readers, so I was really concerned this wouldn't work. Sincerely, I am so glad you liked this!

:) Thanks.

No more of this particular fic, but I try to write a couple of stories a month.

Oh, that was so very nice. I agree with geoviki, I really felt myself drawn into the story. Love and hugs for you with regards to your loss. My grandfather recently passed away as well. I'm glad to hear that writing is helping you.

I'm glad you felt drawn in, it's been a long while since I've written first person perspective, so I definitely felt a bit rusty.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather. :( Writing is a definite help, it gives me a place to let go and be more emotional than I am in irl (one of the unfortunate side-effects of being a reserved Brit :D)

wow. I almost never read first person stories but I didn't even realise that this was one until it was mentioned in the comments, I was just so absorbed in the story. Fabulous work. Glad that it was a way of release for you, sorry about your grandmother.

First person is a bit of a red-headed stepchild in fandom, isn't it? I almost wanted to change this, because I knew it wasn't going to get a huge volume of reviews (not that it's just about the reviews, but you know what I mean) and I'm so glad I didn't. People have really been responding to this in a way that's just touched me so much. So thank you so much for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the fic.
