A Never ending search

So im saving my money for a car. Since my dad qont let me have his cars since it has too many problems which sucks cause i could have had it for 600 bucks but life goes on. So i was look at cars that cost like 10-15 grand which isnt too bad since i need a car in like a month and i will most like have to finace it so i want it to last a while for me

13 thousand for a car that only has 750 miles...is that fishy?
i would think itd cost more unless there are hidden problems??
